You’ll provide me with a PDF score, midi audio, and/or a DAW project before the lesson, and I’ll provide tailored, professional feedback for you to elevate your music to reach your compositional goals during our virtual meeting. I may assign listening examples, score studying, or keyboarding activities to augment your learning and help apply it to your composition.

¹ Payment will be made electronically ahead of each lesson. No refunds are permitted.
² Clients are not obliged to continue lessons on a occurring basis, but it is highly recommended. Carlos cannot guarantee any successful results from providing these lessons. It is up to the client to pursue their professional goals and apply Carlos’ advice at their own discretion and expense.
³ Carlos reserves the right to reschedule or cancel lessons due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues. In such cases, every effort will be made to accommodate the client's schedule and find a suitable alternative.
⁴ The client acknowledges that virtual lessons may be subject to technical limitations, such as audio or video quality issues, internet connection disruptions, or other technical glitches. Carlos will make reasonable efforts to ensure a smooth learning experience but cannot be held responsible for any technical difficulties that may occur during the lessons.
⁵ Any materials provided by Carlos during the lessons, including sheet music, recordings, or written notes, are for the client's personal use only. They may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without explicit permission from Carlos.
⁶ Carlos Lalonde reserves the right to terminate the lessons or refuse service to any client if there is a violation of the agreed-upon terms and conditions or if the client engages in inappropriate or disrespectful behavior.
⁷ The client understands that learning and mastering the art of composing requires time, effort, and practice. Carlos will provide guidance, support, and feedback, but the client's progress ultimately depends on their dedication, commitment, and willingness to apply the lessons learned.
⁸ The client agrees to hold Carlos harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in virtual composing lessons. This includes any injuries, losses, or disputes that may occur during or as a result of the lessons.
⁹ By engaging in virtual composing lessons with Carlos, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined in these disclaimers.
